You are on the calendar.
The Zoom link is in the confirmation email from Calendly, with a calendar invite attached. If it is not in your inbox inside two minutes, check the junk folder for a message from calendly.com. Government mail filters catch it often.
Have these within reach. Three minutes of prep, not thirty.
- Your headcount. The unit, facility, or department you have in mind, roughly. This is the first number that goes into the Recovery Math worksheet.
- What it costs you to replace one person. Recruit, screen, hire, academy, field training. A rough figure is fine. If you do not have one, say so and we will use a placeholder you can correct later.
- What you already have in place. EAP, peer support, chaplaincy, a prior vendor. Who runs it and whether anyone uses it.
- What happened to the last program you bought. This is the question that matters most, and the one nobody else asks.
What you get afterward.
Within one business day, three documents, whether or not we go further: your Recovery Math worksheet with your numbers in it, a sample unit report, and a sole-source justification draft for your purchasing office. If the answer is no, you keep all three.
