Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our [Return Policy](https://astralandroot.com/pages/return-policy). ## Subscriptions We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions through our Ritual tier system (Root, Align, and Ascend). Subscriptions are governed by these Terms as well as our [Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy](https://astralandroot.com/pages/purchase-options-cancellation-policy), which provides detailed information about how subscriptions work, how to modify or cancel them, and how refunds are handled. Key subscription terms: * **Recurring charges:** When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval you select. Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. * **No minimum commitment:** There is no minimum number of orders required. You may cancel at any time before your next shipment is processed. * **No cancellation fees:** We never charge fees for cancelling a subscription. * **Subscription pricing:** Subscription prices are discounted from one-time purchase prices. Subscription pricing may change with reasonable notice. We will notify you of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle. * **Modifications:** You may skip, pause, swap products, or change delivery frequency at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. The following terms apply to all discounts and promotions: * **One discount per order:** Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. * **Ritual bundle pricing:** Our Ritual tiers (Root, Align, and Ascend) are already discounted from individual retail prices. Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined with Ritual bundle pricing or Ritual subscription pricing. * **No stacking:** Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, or automatically applied discounts unless explicitly stated. * **Expiration:** Discount codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions. These conditions will be stated at the time the discount is offered. * **Modification or cancellation:** We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any discount code or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. * **Fraud prevention:** We reserve the right to void or refuse any discount code that we reasonably believe has been obtained or used fraudulently, including codes that have been shared publicly without our authorization. ## Shipping and Delivery * **Shipping methods:** We offer standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders over $50. * **Processing time:** Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods. * **Delivery estimates:** Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Astral & Root is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. * **Shipping address:** You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. * **Lost or damaged shipments:** If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [hello@astralandroot.com](mailto:hello@astralandroot.com) within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Key highlights: * **30-day return window** from the date of delivery. * **No restocking fees** — ever. * **No final sale items** — every product is eligible for return. * **Opened products** with the majority of contents remaining are eligible for return.
