Is it free to join?
Yes. Enlisting in The Cadre is free, and you start earning Coins the moment you create your account. Everyone begins at Terra.
What exactly are Coins?
Coins are our loyalty currency, a nod to the challenge coin tradition. You earn them through orders and member actions, then redeem them for the rewards listed above. Base rate is 5 Coins per $1, and it rises with your rank.
How do I climb the ranks?
Rank is based on what you invest over a rolling 12-month window. Reach $400 for Aqua, $800 for Ignis, and $1,200 for Aether. Subscribers climb fastest, since every Ritual renewal counts toward your total.
Do my Coins expire?
Your Coin balance does not expire. Once you redeem Coins for a reward, that reward is issued as a coupon and needs to be used within 12 months.
Can I use Coins with my military discount?
Your verified military discount through GovX is a separate benefit and always available to you. Coin redemptions are applied as their own reward and generally cannot be stacked on the same order as another discount code, so you'll simply choose the better one at checkout.
Do subscriptions earn Coins too?
They do. Every Ritual renewal earns Coins at your current rank's rate, exactly like a one-time order, and every renewal counts toward your next rank.
