Overview

Astral & Root offers two purchase options: one-time purchases and Subscribe & Save recurring subscriptions. This policy explains how cancellations work for each option, so you always know exactly where you stand.

Our commitment: We believe in keeping things simple and transparent — no hidden commitments, no surprise charges. You are always in complete control of your purchases and subscriptions.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are single transactions with no recurring charges. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, the transaction is complete.

  • Order not yet shipped: You may request a cancellation by emailing hello@astralandroot.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so please reach out immediately if you need to cancel.
  • Order already shipped: It cannot be cancelled in transit. However, you are welcome to return the product under our 30-Day Return Policy once it arrives.
  • Refund for cancelled orders: Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Subscribe & Save Subscriptions

Our Subscribe & Save program delivers your favorite Astral & Root products on a recurring schedule at a discounted price. There are no long-term contracts, no minimum commitments, and no cancellation fees. You are in complete control of your subscription at all times.

How Subscribe & Save Works

  • When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you select (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Your payment method is charged automatically before each shipment.
  • You receive a discount on every subscription order as a thank-you for your commitment to your wellness routine.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time before your next shipment is processed. There is no cancellation fee, no penalty, and no minimum number of orders required.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Astral & Root account at astralandroot.com.
  2. Navigate to your subscription management page.
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and confirm cancellation.

Alternatively, you can email us at hello@astralandroot.com with your name, order number, and a request to cancel. We'll process your cancellation within 1–2 business days.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Immediate effect: Your subscription is cancelled immediately, and no future orders will be placed or charged.
  • Current cycle: Any shipment that has already been processed or charged before your cancellation request will not be refunded. Cancellation stops future charges but does not apply retroactively to the current billing cycle.
  • Already shipped: If your most recent subscription order has already shipped, it is not eligible for a refund through cancellation. However, you may return the product under our standard 30-Day Return Policy.

Important: Cancellation stops all future charges. If your current cycle has already been billed or shipped, that charge is final. You can still return the received product under our 30-Day Return Policy if you're not satisfied.

Modifying Your Subscription

Not ready to cancel? You have full flexibility to adjust your subscription at any time:

  • Skip a shipment: Pause your next delivery without cancelling your subscription entirely.
  • Change your delivery frequency: Switch between 30, 60, or 90-day intervals to match your usage.
  • Swap products: Exchange your current subscription product for a different formula in our collection.
  • Update payment or shipping information: Keep your account details current so there are no interruptions.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

  • Orders not yet processed or shipped: Eligible for a full refund if cancelled before processing.
  • Orders already processed or shipped: Not eligible for a refund through cancellation. The current cycle's charge is final, and cancellation prevents future charges only.
  • Received products: Any product you have received — whether through a subscription or a one-time purchase — may be returned under our standard 30-Day Return Policy for a full refund, provided it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in that policy.

Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing us. Your subscription discount will be applied automatically when you resubscribe. Please note that reactivation is subject to product availability.
