Why We Started Astral & Root
Astral & Root was born from a deeply personal journey. I'm still serving in the military with only a few years left — and that service has come at a cost. It's left me classified as a disabled veteran. The sleepless nights, the mental fog, a nervous system that never fully powers down — these aren't abstract concepts for me. They're daily realities. And through all of it, I knew I needed something more spiritual and holistic than a pharmaceutical regimen. So the search began for something deeper.
